My plan is to buy galaxy note 4 but i ended up with s5. Note 4 release date is on October 25 here in Philippines.

This is my first smartphone :-) and im happy with it even though i want note 4 to be my first smartphone or phablet because my Girlfriend and my Mom they both have Note 3
and i like it very much! Bigger Screen 5.7" fits perfectly in my hand ( my hand is big :-P ), the battery last longer it has 3200mAh while the S5 2800 mAh. The S Pen is very helpful, lots of features like action memo, scrapbook ect... and most of all it is very durable. If you saw the hammer, knife, drop and bend tests in some YouTube videos out there, you'll know what im talking about. So getting note 4 would be much better and more awesome than note 3 :-) But it doesn't matter now since i already bought S5 and im loving it. The only downside is that when I use my phone to play games, it gets really warm and the battery drain fast even if not in use, like after i fully charged and leave it in my bed for an hour and when i check the battery goes from 100% to 97% (WiFi, Location are off and all apps are closed) i don't know if this is normal or the battery is defective. Anyway that's the only downside i saw after a week of using my s5, everything else are perfect!
I bought this Samsung 32GB UHS-I Class 10 MicroSD Card with SD adapter from lazada for only Php999. Works awesomely in my S5, The transfer speed is really fast. If you don't know the difference about the speed class, here are some info from sandisk.

UHS Speed Class was introduced in 2009 by the SD Association and is designed for SDHC and SDXC memory cards. UHS utilizes a new data bus that will not work in non-UHS host devices. If you use a UHS memory card in a non-UHS host, it will default to the standard data bus and use the "Speed Class" rating instead of the "UHS Speed Class" rating. UHS memory cards have a full higher potential of recording real time broadcasts, capturing large-size HD videos and extremely high quality professional HD.

so the higher the class, the faster the speed.
I also bought YunTeng C-188 Universal Monopod with Free ASHUTB Bluetooth Wireless Remote Shutter in lazada for only Php649. It's just a class-a version but still works the same as the original yunteng.
Next month i will buy spigen tempered glass, a flip cover, ipega bluetooth shutter and LED front lights. Overall im very happy and satisfied with my Galaxy S5. :-)
